Convert any amount between milligrams, micrograms, millilitres and U-100 insulin syringe units. Set your concentration once and the conversions update as you type, with every formula shown below.

The unit-to-mL bridge. A U-100 insulin syringe simply divides a 1 mL barrel into 100 equal marks, so 1 unit = 0.01 mL. That single fact lets you move freely between the syringe scale and real volume; the concentration then connects volume to mass. No insulin is involved — the "units" are just fine gradations.
| Micrograms (mcg) | Milligrams (mg) |
|---|---|
| 100 mcg | 0.1 mg |
| 250 mcg | 0.25 mg |
| 500 mcg | 0.5 mg |
| 1000 mcg | 1 mg |
| 2500 mcg | 2.5 mg |
| 5000 mcg | 5 mg |
