By downloading, installing, or using the WolveStack app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WolveStack is a peptide research tracking tool that allows users to log doses, build protocols, and access educational peptide reference information. The App is intended for informational and research purposes only.
The content in the App is for educational and research purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions related to your health. WolveStack and its creators are not liable for any actions taken based on information provided in the App.
The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by WolveStack. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Your dose logs, protocols, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or have access to this data. See our App Privacy Policy for details.
If you opt in to email communications within the App, you agree to receive occasional emails from WolveStack including product updates, educational content, and curated third-party offers relevant to the peptide research community. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Opting out of communications will not affect your access to the App or its features.
The App may display links to third-party peptide vendors. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning WolveStack may earn a commission on purchases made through them at no additional cost to you. WolveStack does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any third-party products.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolveStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
